Noah Kandt Resigns as Head Golf Coach and Associate Head Men’s Basketball Coach

St. Bonifacius, Minn. - Crown College Athletics has announced that Noah Kandt has resigned from his position.

Kandt led the women's golf program to their best team finish in program history with their 2nd place finish at the UMAC championships in 2023. In two seasons at the helm of the golf programs the Polars have accumulated 10 All-UMAC selections, 6 school records, and 4 UMAC Player of the week selections.

Noah served on the men's basketball coaching staff for six seasons most recently as the Associate Head Coach. In that time the Polars men totaled their NCAA-era program best win total of 20 wins in a season in 2022-23 and 2023-24, the programs first NCCAA DII National Championship, and a trip to the UMAC Championship in the 2021-22 season.

"Noah has been a vital part of the Polars Athletic Department over the last six years and has served our student-athletes well," Director of Athletics Steve Tebbs said, "We are appreciative of his hard work in developing multiple athletic programs and his commitment to the Crown community."
