Crown College Athletics

Jeremiah Fisk '03 finished a decorated career for the Polars earning the UMAC Player of the Year award and 1st Team All-UMAC as a senior.
 
Fisk hit .406 his senior year with 16 doubles, 4 home runs, and 26 RBIs in 31 games with a .698 slugging percentage, .508 OBP, and 21 walks all in 31 games. Fisk threw out 65% of baserunners on the defensive side of the game as the Polars catcher. He was a clear leader on and off the field, which included his role as a team captain. Jeremiah demonstrated strong Christian character while at Crown. Jeremiah continues to represent Crown well with a handful of years teaching in Wisconsin and directing prospective student athletes to Crown.
 
When asked about the impact Christ played in his life in his time at Crown he said, "My time at Crown was nothing short of amazing.  I built a great network of Christian people around me.  I learned how to enjoy sports through a Christian perspective, something that is tough to do because of my competitive nature.  The leaders at Crown helped me to strengthen my relationship with Jesus Christ essentially through their actions, aiding in my understanding of scripture, and holding me accountable.  I grew up at Crown and became grounded, something, I desperately needed to become the Husband and father I am today.  My values and lifestyle are a result of my belief that God is in control."
