Hutchinson, Minn. – The men's golf team traveled to Hutchinson on Friday to compete in the BLC Invite at Crow River Golf Course where they finished in ninth place.
 
Ryan Kardell took over as the teams best scorer for the day as he finished with an 80 (+9). Adam Thomas was just one stroke behind with an 81 (+10), and Lucas Jorgenson just one stroke behind Thomas with an 82 (+11). Only ten strokes separated the top five Polars golfers as Carter Miller shot an 88 (+17) and Nathan Halseth shot a 90 (+19). The Polars saw another consistent effort from the team, showing it really can be any of these golfers that lead the team on any given day.
 
The Polars men's and women's golf teams compete Saturday at the MLC Invite. Tee times start for the men at 11:00 am.
