St. Bonifacius, MN — For the 2024-25 academic year, the team has been honored with the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, a recognition from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). To earn this distinction, a team must finish the academic year with a collective GPA of 3.0 or higher. 

Nine Polars have also been named to the NABC Honors Court, an individual achievement reserved for juniors, seniors, and graduate students who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above. These student-athletes have proven that hard work, discipline, and determination extend far beyond the hardwood.
