Adam Thomas Shoots a Career Low 72, Polars Golf Takes on UNW Invite

Maplewood, MIinn. - The Polars golf teams took to Keller Golf Course on Tuesday for a round of golf at the UNW Invite.

The Crown men as a team placed 4th out of 7 teams at the event with a team score of 326 (+38). Adam Thomas led the way with a low medalist career best score of 72 for an even par. Ryan Kardell shot an 82 (+10), Titus Wookey shot an 84 (+12), while Nathan Halseth and Steven Petkau each shot and 88 (+16). 

For the Crown women Kendall Clark once again led the way with a score of 82 (+10) which put her in third. Shelby Cash shot a 92 (+20)  and Ashley Larson shot a 93 (+21). Brynn Gustafson and Lexi Thomas rounded out the Polars group. As a team the women finished 2nd overall with a score of 364 (+76).

The Polars golf teams are back on the course September 9th and 10th for the NCCAA Regional event taking place in South Bend, Indiana at the Blackthorn Golf Club.
