Northfield, Minn. - The Polars cross country teams took to the course and ran at the Carleton College Running of the Cows on Saturday.
Against a loaded field of NCAA Division II and high caliber Division III programs the Polars women were highlighted by
Ella Dufault who took home the 31st spot with a time of 23:32.6 to lead the Crown runners.
Mia Arroyo finished with a time of 25:28.3 anf
Ruth Brueckner finished with a time of 26:30.9.

Olivia Stanley,
Lily Bandy,
Abbie Hough,
Lindsey Morrison,
Ashlyn Denton all competed for the Polars.
For the Crown men
Andrew Deedon had the best time of the Polars runners with a time of 27:55.8.
Austin Carlson finished with a time of 28:53.2.
Caden Swoboda and
Quin Peterson all ran for the Polars men.
The Polars cross country teams will next head to the NCCAA Regional in Dubuque, Iowa on Friday, October 18th.
