Following the men's team's thrilling win, the Crown women's soccer team looked to carry the momentum into their matchup against North Central on a perfect night in downtown Minneapolis. The scoring got underway early, with the home team finding the net just 2 minutes and 30 seconds into the match. The Polars responded almost instantly, as Layla Kerr netted her third goal of the season just one minute later, leveling the score at 1–1. Crown took the lead just before halftime, with Ellie Schanbacher scoring to make it 2–1 as the first half came to a close. The Polars held that lead well into the second half, but North Central found the equalizer in the 77th minute to tie the game at 2–2, where it would stay until the final whistle.
Next up, the Polars return home for a Homecoming Saturday showdown against the University of Northwestern at 3:30 p.m.
