St. Bonifacius, Minn. - The Polars cross country teams took a short drive to Northfield, Minnesota to run at the St. Olaf Invitational on Saturday morning.
The Crown women were led by
Ella Dufault in the 6k race as she placed 19th and finished with a time of 23:57.1.
Ruth Brueckner and
Mia Arroyo finished back to back with times one second difference with Brueckner finishing with a time of 26:43.2.
Lily Bandy,
Gracelyn Foster,
Abbie Hough,
Ashlyn Denton, and
Cambria Whiteis ran for Crown.
The Crown men were led by
Austin Carlson who finished with a time of 27:21.0 in the 8k men's race.
Andrew Deedon finished with a time of 28:43.0.
Caden Swoboda,
Luke Klassen, and
Quin Peterson all ran for the Polars men.
Polars cross country will next head to the Running of the Cows at Carleton College on Saturday, October 5th with a start time of 10:30am for the women and 11:30am for the men.
