Women's Cross Country Receives Seven UMAC Awards

St. Bonifacius, Minn. - The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced the recipients of the 2025 men's and women's cross country awards on Wednesday.The top eight runners in the conference meet were selected to be first team all-conference, and the next eight runners were selected as second team all-conference. Crown was well represented on the women's side with seven runners winning an award.

Ella Dufault was the seasons individual champion after dominating the conference all season long. She was joined by Lindsey Morrison as the Polars receive two first team all-conference nominations. Ruth Brueckner, Mia Arroyo, Callie Dufault, and Olivia Stanley were all selected to the second team all-conference as the Polars win four of the eight available spots.The team received one final conference award as junior Abbie Hough was selected to the all-sportsmanship team.
