St. Bonifacius, Minn. – The Polars women's cross country team dominated the field at the NCCAA North/ Midwest Regional Meet, capturing the team title with a perfect score of 15 points and sweeping the top five individual spots.
Ella Dufault led the way again for the Polars, winning the individual title with a time of 18:32.1.
Lindsey Morrison (19:16.8),
Ruth Brueckner (19:34.5),
Mia Arroyo (19:51.3), and
Callie Dufault (20:12.2) completed the top five, giving Crown a commanding performance from start to finish.
Olivia Stanley and
Autumn Seiwert also turned in top ten performances for the Polars.
With the win, the Polars secured their place at the NCCAA National Championship, where they look to repeat as champions. They compete next Saturday, Nov. 1 at the UMAC Championship, followed by the NCCAA National Championships on Friday, Nov. 14.
