Des Moines, IA - The Polars traveled down to Iowa for the Grandview Invitational this past Saturday.

Ella Dufault continued her impressive season as she finished with a time of 20:06.07 good for second place, just fourteen seconds from the leader. Anna Anderson Sanchez finished 20th with a time of 21:51.17. Abbie Hough, Lily Bandy, and Camille Ring rounded out the Polars competitors. The women finished in 7th place as a team.

Austin Carlson led the Polars runners with a time of 28:03.71 in the 8k run which put him in 8th place. Caden Swoboda placed 28th with a time of 30:11.59. Luke Klassen and Caleb Kuske rounded out the Polars competitors.

Polars Cross Country will have a few weeks off before heading to the Jim Drews Invite at the UW-La Crosse on October 14th.
