St. Bonifacius, MN - The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference released the Men's and Women's All-Conference teams on Wednesday and three Polars were named.

Austin Carlson was named 1st team All-UMAC after an impressive season finishing 5th at the UMAC Championships. Carlson also set the school record for UMAC Championships time with a time of 26:43.9. Ella Dufault was named 1st team All-UMAC after her 2nd place finish at the UMAC Championships. Dufault also set a school record time of 23:15.6 at the race.

Anna Anderson Sanchez was named 2nd team All-UMAC after her 13th overall finish at the UMAC Championships. AJ Anderson Sanchez and Anna Osterlund were given the UMAC Sportsmanship Awards for Crown.
