Cross Country Races at Jim Drews / Tori Neubauer Invitational

La Crosse, WI - The Crown Polars Cross Country teams headed to Wisconsin for races on Saturday for their final race before the UMAC Championship race.

Austin Carlson led the men in the 8k race with an 85th place finish and a time of 27:35.9. Caden Swoboda, Andrew Deedon, and Luke Klassen all placed in the 150's with times just north of 30 minutes. The Crown men finished 23rd as a team out of 27 teams.

For the women Ella Dufault impressed with a time of 23:51.4 which was good for 23rd place. Anna Anderson Sanchez finished with a time of 25.14.4 which put her in 79th place. Abbie Hough, Lily Bandy, and Greta Greninger rounded out the Polars top 5. As a team the Polars women placed 18th of 20 teams.

Polars Cross Country will head to the UMAC Championship on Saturday, October 28th in Winthrop, Minnesota.
