Men's Track & Field Polars Sports Information

Swoboda Earns All-American Honors as Polars Shine at NCCAA Outdoor Championships

Wilmore, KY - The Polars men's outdoor track and field team competed at the NCCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship this week and totaled thirteen points as a team.

Caden Swoboda took 2nd in the 800m with a school record time of 1:55.42 earning all-american honors. Ashton Hosler competed in the 110m hurdles an the 400m hurdles and placed top ten in both events. Nate Tomlinson took 9th in the 400m and also competed in the 200m dash. 

Andrew Johnson and David Tuttle both competed in the 3000m steeplechase. Abel Krause and Casey Struthers both ran in the 400m and the relay team for the 4x400m relay. Alexander Burnham competed in the discus, hammer throw, and shot put. The Crown 4x400m relay team added 4 points to the Polars total with a 5th place finish.

Crown wraps up the 2026 outdoor track and field season with an excellent finish at the NCCAA Outdoor Championships.
