Collegeville, Minn. – The Polars outdoor track and field teams competed at Saint John's University on Saturday.
For the Crown men, Caden Swoboda highlighted the group with a meet record time in the 800m with a time of 1:57.71 also a school record. The Polars relay team of Quin Peterson, Eddie Hallowanger, Kaden Pullam, and Nate Tomlinson set a school record in the 4x100m relay with a time of 44.83.
Abel Krause took 5th in the 400m with a personal best time. Evan Gibson, Jude Dunn, Andrew Johnson, and Malik Smith all set personal bests. Nate Tomlinson finished 8th in the 200m dash with a time of 22.92.
For the Crown women, Lindsey Morrison set a school record in the 400m with a time of 59.81. Ruth Brueckner took 1st in the 800m with a meet record time of 2:19.11.
Brayli Reimer took first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:05.69. Camille Ring took second in the 100m hurdles. Crown had two 3rd place finishes with their 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams.
The Polars will next compete at the Hamline Invitational on Saturday, April 4th.
