Burnham and Hough Set School Records at the Hamline Invitational

St. Paul, Minn. – The Polars track and field teams competed at the Hamline Invitational on Saturday.

Alexander Burnham set the school record in the Discus throw once again this week with a throw of 36.55m. Steven Petkau took 2nd place in the triple jump with a distance of 13.10m. Alek Hodny finished the high jump with a mark of 1.65m. Austin Carlson took 4th in the 1500m run as well.

For the Crown women Abbie Hough set a school record in the pole vault with a mark of 2.30m. Camille Ring took 5th in the 100m hurdles and 7th in the 200m. Olivia Stanley took 4th in the high jump with a mark of 1.43m. Ruth Brueckner had a top 5 finish in the 800m run.

The Polars next compete at the Bethel Invitational on Saturday, April 12 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
