St. Bonifacius, Minn. - The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced the recipients of their 2025 women's indoor track & field awards on Thursday. The awards are nominated and voted on by the UMAC track & field head coaches. Only results from the UMAC Indoor Championship meet count for consideration in the awards.
Ella Dufault earned the Track Athlete of the Meet award and All-Conference for her finishes in the 1 Mile, 3000m, 5000m, and the Distance Medley Relay. Dufault is just the second women's indoor track and field athlete in program history to earn All-UMAC in four events.
Camille Ring earned all-conference for her finishes in the 60m and 60m hurdles.
Mia Arroyo won the UMAC Rookie of the Year award and All-Conference in the Distance Medley Relay.
Ruth Brueckner earned All-Conference for her performances in the 400m, 800m, and the Distance Medley Relay.
Lindsey Morrison earned All-Conference in the DMR and was awarded the Sportsmanship Award.
Crown's coaching staff led by Head Coach
Grant DeWitt earned the Coaching Staff of the Year award for the first time in program history. The Polars also were awarded the Team Sportsmanship award.
The Polars women won their first ever UMAC Indoor Championship and totaled the most awards for an indoor season in program history.
