Owatonna, MN - The Polars tennis teams battled with Martin Luther on Friday afternoon and the men came out with a 4-3 victory.
Matt and
David Comings won the #1 doubles match 6-1 and both Comings brothers also won their singles matches in the #1 and #2 singles matches.
Austin Droeger also won the #5 singles match by scores of 6-4 and 6-1. As a team the Polars men came away with a 4-3 victory.
The Crown women fell by a score of 6-1.
Xeng Her won her #2 singles match in thrilling fashion winning in a tiebreaker set 10-8 after going 7-5 and 5-7.
The Polars tennis teams will return to action tomorrow Saturday, February 15th down in Owatonna to take on Ripon College at 2:30pm.
