St. Paul, Minn. – The men's tennis team traveled to Northwestern to finish its historic season, falling 7-0 in St. Paul.
David Comings finished his impressive career by playing alongside his brother, Matt Comings, in the No. 1 doubles match. The Comings brothers battled but fell 6-2. The Eagles carried that momentum into the rest of the match, completing the sweep over the Polars.
The Polars finish the season 4-7, marking the best record in program history. Senior leader David Comings' contributions will be missed, as he played a key role in the program's growth over his four seasons. Head coach Keagan Blancke has done an excellent job in his first two years and will look to continue building the program with an impressive young roster.
