Owatonna, Minn. – The Polars hosted the University of Northwestern on Saturday, losing 7-0 to the Eagles.
The Polars battled in the first two doubles matches. David Comings and Ean Clarke fell 6-3, while Matt Comings and Dawson Richardson fought in a close 6-4 loss. The Eagles carried that momentum into singles play, winning all six matches.
Crown has two matches remaining this season, both on the road. On Monday, April 27, they will travel to Storm Lake, Iowa, to face Buena Vista University. They will then play the Eagles again in the season finale on Thursday, April 30, at Northwestern.
