Waseca, Minn. - The Polars men's and women's golf teams took to the course on Thursday against the Bethany Lutheran Vikings at Waseca Lakeside Golf Club.
The Crown women took home a victory with a team score of 356 (+72).
Shelby Cash was the low medalist with a score of 80 (+9).
Kendall Clark finished with an 86 (+15) and
Lexi Thomas finished with a 90 (+19).
Brynn Gustafson and
Ashley Larson rounded out the Polars competitors.
The Crown men fell short in the contest with Bethany Lutheran as the Polars as a team shot a 330 (+50) and the Vikings totaled 303.
Adam Thomas scored an 80 (+10) to lead the Crown effort.
Ryan Kardell shot an 81 (+11) and
Titus Wookey shot an 83 (+13).
Nathan Halseth,
Grant Oakland, and
Steven Petkau rounded out the Polars competitors.
The Polars golf team will next face off with North Central in a dual on Tuesday, September 24th teeing off at 11am at Columbia Golf Club in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
