Becker, Minn. - The Polars Golf Team's traveled to Becker to golf Pebble Creek Golf Club for the UMAC Championships. It was a three day tournament in which the Polars finished in 3rd place.

The Polars women took third place this weekend as they competed Thursday through Saturday. Kendall Clark missed the top five by one stroke, finishing with a total score of 260 (+44) and included rounds of 84 and 86. Shelby Cash finished just one spot on the leader board and one stroke behind Clark shooting a combined score of 261 (+45) and finished her weekend shooting an impressive 82 on Saturday. Lexi Thomas also finished in the top 15, being consistent shooting a 92 followed by two 90's. Allie Johnson was the teams next highest finisher, followed by Ashley Larson. Both were extremely important in helping the Polars finish in the top three. 

The Polars women's golf team finishes off an impressive fall season with a third place finish in the conference. They finish three golfers in the top fifteen as well as two in the top seven. It was truly a successful season for this team.
