St. Bonifacius, Minn. - The Polars Women's Soccer team took on Waldorf in an exhibition contest and had the contest cancelled in the 15th minute due to heat.
Emma Domka got the Polars on the scoreboard early as she sent a ball into the back of the net in the first minute of play.
Abigail Shull scored in the 13th minute to give Crown the 2-0 lead. Shortly after the game was called due to the temperatures being above the playing maximum on the turf.
The Polars will return home for their first non-conference contest of the season Friday, August 30th as they take on Augsburg at 7pm.
