St. Paul, Minn. - The Polars women's basketball team faced off with Nebraska Wesleyan on Tuesday and fell by a score of 83-52.
Nebraska Wesleyan jumped out in front 8-3 early but the Polars answered back with a three point basket from
Jacee Glasgow. The Prairie Wolves pulled away late in the first quarter holding the 27-14 lead. Crown fell further behind in the second quarter and Nebraska Wesleyan pulled away in the contest and won 83-52.
Isabelle Sager and
Jacee Glasgow both led the scoring for Crown each with 10 points.
Kaleigh Glasgow scored 9 points.Â
The Polars fall to 1-10 on the season and will next open Upper Midwest Athletic Conference play with a contest on the road in Ashland, Wisconsin against Northland College on Wednesday, January 8th at 7:15pm.
