Box Score St. Bonifacius, MN - The Polars volleyball team faced off with the Oak Hills Christian Wolfpack on Friday afternoon and took home a victory for the first win of the year and first win under Head Coach
Celia Blattner.
The Polars faced off with the Oak Hills Wolfpack in the first match of the day. Crown won the first set carried by 4 kills from
Alyssa Heagney and 3 kills from
Kamille Massey with the final score reading 25-13. Crown rolled to a 25-7 second set as Heagney continued showing her offensive prowess as the Polars won back to back sets for the first time this year. The third set once again was all Crown with the Polars taking it 25-12.
Alyssa Heagney dominated offensively with 13 kills on only 19 attacks finishing with an attack percentage of .632 good enough for a new individual match school record.
Kamber Brown also had a career day with 14Â assists.
Maggie Claussen also had a career match totaling 14 digs.
Kamille Massey finished with 4 blocks and 3 aces to cement a solid outing from her as well.
The Polars compete once again tonight at 7pm against the Calvary Bible Warriors.
