Maria Lilienthal and
Madi Hecox both were named to UMAC All-Conference teams as announced on Monday.
Maria Lilienthal was named UMAC Player of the year after just her sophomore season. Lilienthal finished the season with a batting average of .461 ranking 43rd in all of NCAA Division III. Lilienthal finished with 53 hits, 10 doubles, 2 triples, and 4 home runs. She also had a slugging percentage of .687. In UMAC play she ranked 3rd in batting average, 2nd in OPS, 5th in hits, 2nd in slugging percentage, and 4th in doubles.
Madi Hecox was named Honorable Mention All-UMAC. Hecox batting .385 as the leadoff batter for the Polars. She amassed 23 stolen bases a single season Crown record. She also totaled an on base percentage of .516 to lead Crown. Hecox drew 19 walks and was hit by pitch 7 times on the year.
