St Bonifacius, Minn. - Crown College Baseball and new head coach
Colt Sedbrook released its full schedule for the 2024 season on Monday.
Coming off a 22-20 season that ended in a run to the UMAC Championship the Polars will look to get back to the UMAC Championship and the NCAA tournament in 2024.
Last season the Polars finished 14-7 in conference play after a wild, rainy Spring. The Polars are slated to play 10 games at home, at Missile Park in downtown Saint Bonifacius. Crown will host UW-Superior, Bethany Lutheran, and Northwestern (MN) in conference play as two of these teams made the UMAC tournament in 2023.
Crown will be tested all year long with a highly competitive non-conference schedule as they will take on Wisconsin-Stout who finished 15-18 on the 2023 season, St. Olaf who finished 16-18 on the 2023 season and 11-9 in MIAC play, Concordia (MN) who finished with 21 wins and made the MIAC playoffs, and Saint John's (MN) who won 23 games and also made the MIAC playoffs.
They open their season on the road in a new location this season as they will head to Arizona for their annual Spring break trip and compete in the Tuscon Invitational (

Following that a road series with North Central (MN) and back to back home series with UW-Superior and Bethany Lutheran. The Polars will play Northland College and Martin Luther on the road before returning home for the final series of the regular season against Northwestern (MN).
The UMAC tournament will be held Thursday-Saturday, May 9-11th, 2024 at Reynolds Field in St. Paul, Minnesota.
