Tucson, AZ - The Polars baseball teams faced off with Augsburg and Wesleyan on Saturday and split the contests defeating Augsburg 15-9 and falling to Wesleyan 14-2.
Crown totaled 20 hits in game one and saw three players notch three hits games.
Kyler Thruston and
Tyler Olson both had 3 RBI's in the game as the Polars bats came alive.
Jacob Van Dam pitched 7 innings allowing just 6 earned runs to secure the win.
Danny Gallardo pitched 2 innings and closed the door as Crown came out on top.
Game two did not go the Polars way as Crown trailed the entire game. Wesleyan jumped ahead in the first inning and did not look back as the Polars struggled to keep up the scoring. Crown sent

The Polars move to 4-7 on the season and will return home to open UMAC play on Friday, March 21st at 3pm at Missile Park in St. Bonifacius.
