Superior, WI – The Polars women's basketball team faced off with the University of Wisconsin Superior Yellowjackets on Wednesday night and fell by a score of 74-43.
The first quarter saw UW-Superior pull out in from early and stretch the lead to 15-7 at the end of the break after Brayli Reimer scored all 7 points in the quarter for Crown. The Yellowjackets stretched the lead in the second quarter and did not look back defeating the Polars. Crown tallied 19 points in the 4th quarter.
Reimer scored 23 points and added 6 rebounds. Kendall Clark scored 6 points going 2-4 from three-point range. As a team Crown shot 30.2% from the field, going 16-53.
The Polars fall to 4-20 on the season and 3-10 in UMAC play. Crown will next take on the University of Northwestern on the road Saturday, February 22nd at 4:45pm.
