Crown Men's Soccer Falls Short Against Bethany

Box Score St. Bonifcaius, MN - Bethany beats Crown on Saturday afternoon men's soccer match.

For the first time this season in UMAC play, the men's soccer team took the field following the women's match. As the sun dipped below the horizon and the fall chill settled in, Crown and Bethany Lutheran squared off in a key conference matchup. The game opened at a measured pace, with both teams exchanging possessions early. Bethany broke the deadlock with a cross that deflected into the net, then doubled their lead with a well-placed header before the halftime whistle. In the second half, the Polars pushed forward with urgency, looking to mount a comeback. Despite a determined effort and increased pressure, Crown was unable to find the back of the net.

The Polars will look to regroup as they head west to take on Minnesota Morris this Wednesday evening.
