Waconia, MN - The Polars tennis teams battled on Friday in three matches as the women fell 9-0 to UM-Morris and Northwestern and the men fell to Northwestern 9-0.

For the Crown women, Annie Doyle competed in the #1 singles match and the #1 doubles match in both contests. Jaidence Medina competed in the #2 singles and #1 doubles match. Amanda Helser, Elsie Estenson, Adriana Sonnentag, Elyse Steffen, and Jada Dehn all took the court rounding out the Polars competitors. The Crown women fell 9-0 across all nine matches to the Cougars and the Eagles.

For the Crown men, Tade Geving competed in the #1 singles match and the #1 doubles match. David Comings competed in the #2 singles and #1 doubles match. Samuel Kettelhut, Gabe Rojas Gomez, Austin Droeger, Gavin Leuthold and Dawson Richardson all took the court rounding out the Polars competitors. The Crown men fell 9-0 across all nine matches to the Eagles.

The Polars will be back in action this Saturday, April 6th for a 12:30pm matchup with Martin Luther back in Owatonna. Read Full Article
