St. Bonifacius, MN - The Polars softball team fell to Martin Luther on Saturday by a score of 10-5.
The Knights jumped out in front early with 3 runs in the first two innings. Crown matched with 1 run in the 4th inning with an
Emmy Romportl RBI single. The Polars pushed across three runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to cut the Knights lead to 6-4. However the Knights extended the lead and defeated the Polars.
Romportl led the Crown offense with 3 hits on 4 at bats with 3 RBI's.
Catelyn Garza also tabbed 3 hits.

The Polars fall to 6-28 on the season and 4-11 in UMAC play. They will face off with the Northwestern Eagles next weekend for their final series of the regular season.
