St. Paul, Minn. - The Polars women's basketball team battled with Bethel on Tuesday and fell by a score of 73-32.
Halfway through the first quarter Crown was able to tie the score up at 4-4. Bethel went on a 15-3 run to close out the first quarter. The Polars scored the first two buckets of the second quarter but fell behind late with the Royals leading at the half 33-15. The second half went the Royals way and Crown fell by a score of 73-32.
Brayli Reimer scored 11 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
Raelin Smalley totaled 6 rebounds to lead Crown.
The Polars fall to 0-6 on the season and will next head on the road to face Grinnell on Saturday, November 30th at 3pm.
