Northfield, Minn. - Polars women's basketball faced off against St. Olaf and fell by a score of 72-38.  

The Oles took an early 8-4 lead and extended the lead to 15-10 going into the end of the first quarter. The second quarter spelled trouble for Crown as the Polars were only able to score two baskets and went into halftime down 45-14. 

The Polars found a spark early in the third quarter going on an 8-2 run to open the second half. From that point on Crown was just able to keep the lead where it was as the Polars fell in the contest by a score of 72-38. 

Brayli Reimer led the scoring with 10 points and Raelin Smalley followed with 8 points. Reimer led with 6 rebounds and Isabelle Sager had 5 rebounds in the contest. As a team Crown shot just 28.8% from the field and 13.8% from three-point range. 

The Polars fall to 0-5 on the season and will next head on the road on Tuesday, November 26th for a 7pm tipoff against Bethel.
