Mankato, Minn. - The Polars volleyball team took on Bethany Lutheran College on the road on Friday night and fell 3-0
A back and forth start to the first set saw the score even at 5-5. The Vikings then proceeded to go on an 8-0 run and ran away with the set 25-15. The second set saw Crown battle to within 5 points, but the Polars dropped it by a score of 25-14. The Vikings went on to win the third set and topped the Polars 3-0.
Emma Bottelberghe led the Polars statistically with 7 kills and 9 digs.
Brooke Rummel added 10 assists.
Crown falls to 6-11 on the season and 1-8 in UMAC play and will take on Martin Luther on the road tomorrow Saturday, October 26th at 3pm.
