Becker, MN - The Polars golf teams headed out to Pebble Creek Golf Club on Thursday for the UMAC preview.

The Crown women placed 2nd overall with a score of 359 (+71) as Shelby Cash and Kendall Clark finishing tied for third to lead the group. Cash and Clark both shot an 84 (+12), within seven strokes of the leader. Lexi Thomas also cracked the top ten with a 10th place finish and a score of 91(+19). Ashley Larson finished with a score of 100 (+28). Allie Johnson and Camryn Patten rounded out the group. The Polars women have solidified themselves as contenders for the conference title.

The Crown men placed 6th overall with a score of 343 (+55) as Adam Thomas and Drake Dawson led the Polars with scores of 82 (+10) and 87 (+15). Nathan Halseth and Steven Petkau both scored an 87 (+15). Titus Wookey and Charlie West rounded out the Polars competitors.

Men's and Women's Golf next contest will be when they head to the NCCAA regional on Monday, September 18th in Hastings, Minnesota at Hastings Golf Club.
