St. Michael, Minn. – The Polars women's golf team competed in the UNW Invite at Fox Hollow Golf Club on Tuesday in their first match against UMAC opponents.

The team took a fifth-place finish, led by a top ten finish by Shelby Cash. She finished with an 85 (+13), placing her in a tie for ninth place. Autumn Hill followed with a 106, and Ceci Escalante was five strokes behind her with a 111. Nicole Baker rounded out the day for the Polars with 129.

Crown will compete next this weekend in a two-day tournament at the Falcon Invite in River Falls, WI on Saturday and Sunday.
