Superior, WI - The Polars Women's Basketball team faced off with the UW-Superior Yellowjackets and fell 70-26.

Through four minutes of play the score was even at 3-3. A 12-2 run by the host Yellojackets left the score at 15-5 at the end of the first quarter. UW-Superior took control of the game going forward as Crown only managed to score 21 more points in the contest. The final score favored the Yellowjackets 70-26.

Sydney Cotten led the scoring for Crown with 6 points. Isabelle Sager totaled 11 rebounds in the contest. The Polars struggled shooting as a team they shot just over 20% from the field.

Crown falls to 0-1 in UMAC play and will look to get back on track with a Saturday contest on the road against Northland College.
