SUPERIOR, Wis. --- The Storm held close with the UW-Superior Yellowjackets, the reigning regular-season UMAC Champion, on Saturday, but unfortunately fell in a close game 62-55. 

The Storm had an incredibly even scoring performance, with senior Stevey De La Ossa leading the team with nine points and a team-high four assists. First-year Amy Martius had eight points, and senior Damonyka Roberts scored six points on a perfect 3/3 shooting from the field. Fellow senior Rose Crowns scored five points making two of three attempts. Sophomore Shauna Thompson and Thiery Zachary both had two points and senior post Patricia Gibson had one to complete the Storm scoring performance. Gibson led the team with seven rebounds.

The Storm head back home for a three-game homestand next week, facing Maranatha Baptist on Monday, Northwestern on Wednesday, and Trinity Bible on Friday.
