NEW ULM, Minn. --- Crown Tennis took on the Martin Luther Knights on Wednesday and fell 0-9 in both contests.
In women's play, the Storm took six games in the matches.
Lauren Sporleder had half of the wins with three games won and
Sierra Allison,
Abby Engrav, and
Nahomie Konzi all won one game.
Abby Yates and
Emily Eischens also competed for the Storm.
In men's play, Crown took 18 games in singles, led by
Travis Burg's seven and
Romeo Mork's six.
Caleb Baumann and
Andrew Moorse both took two games, and
Joe Duffy took one. Jake Sporleder also competed for the Storm. The combination of Baumann and Mork took two games in doubles, as did the combo of Moorse and Duffy. Sporleder and
Mike Brewster took one game in the third double spot.
The Storm have one contest remaining, as they head to Wisconsin for their last UMAC matches of the season against the UW-Superior Yellowjackets on Thursday, April 25.
