FARGO, N.D. --- Crown Men's and Women's Tennis competed in against Concordia-Moorhead in North Dakota on Saturday, where both teams fell 0-9 to the Cobbers.
For women's singles,
Cortney Gunderson faired best in #3 singles, winning seven total games in her first action with the Storm tennis team.
Sierra Allison and
Marina Ortiz also took a game. In doubles, the women were led by the team of Allison and
Abby Engrav, who took four games as they challenged the Cobbers.
In men's singles, only
Joe Duffy and
Jacob Sporleder took a game. In doubles, the combination of
Caleb Baumann and
Romeo Mork took a game. Crown Tennis next plays on Wednesday against the UMAC-rival North Central Rams in Lakeville.
