MANKATO, Minn. --- Crown headed to Mankato for a conference matchup with the Bethany Lutheran Vikings on Tuesday evening and unfortunately fell to the Vikings in three sets; 19-25, 20-25, and 20-25. 

Crown was led by junior Christine Anderson who had seven kills in the match. Anderson also had four blocks in the three games. First-year Elizabeth Clark had 19 assists as the primary setter, and junior Madeline Svoboda led the defense with 20 digs. Fellow junior Sarah Reinke also had double figures digs, with 12 against the Vikings.

Crown returns home for a match tomorrow against the MIAC's Macalester Scots at 7 pm.
