MINNEAPOLIS --- Crown Volleyball went to North Central and spoiled their homecoming Saturday evening, as they swept the Rams 3-0. Despite sweeping, it was a close three sets, with North Central scoring at least 20 in every set.

Christine Anderson led Crown with 12 kills, and fellow junior
Karissa Steinkamp led the Storm in hitting percentage with a .250 on seven kills/16 attacks. First-year
Elizabeth Clark led Crown with 24 assists, and junior
Madeline Svoboda led with four aces. Crown had three players in double figures for digs, with Clark (11) joined by first-year
Gracie Zieroth (11) and Svoboda (10). Senior
Brittany Rolf led the Storm with two block assists in the matchup.
"It was really great to win at [North Central's] homecoming and was a confidence booster," said Anderson. "The team's doing great, we're having a lot of fun. Even though we may not be winning on our record, we're winning in other ways."
Crown now heads to Bethany Lutheran to face the Vikings in a UMAC matchup on Tuesday.
