St. Bonifacius, Minn. — Crown sought their first home victory of the season this Tuesday evening, with UMAC-rival Martin Luther in town to face the Storm. Unfortunately, for the third time this season, the Knights bested Crown; this game was the second consecutive time they lost to MLC in three sets, 12-25, 16-25, and 18-25.
Senior
Kelsey Roschen did it all for the Storm tonight with a team-leading 18 assists and eight digs, and second on the team with six kills. Sophomore
Christine Anderson led the team in kills with one more than Roschen, seven in the game.
Sarah Reinke had her second game of the season with multiple blocks with two in the match. Reinke, a sophomore from Wisconsin, last had two blocks three games ago when Crown was away at UM-Morris.
Crown has another home game on Friday, facing North Central in St. Boni. The last time both those teams matched up, Crown won their first conference game of the season 3-0.
