St. Paul, Minn. – The Crown volleyball team traveled to Hamline on Tuesday, getting in a mid-week game before more tournament play this weekend. The Pipers played a strong match en route to sweeping the Storm 3-0.
Crown struggled to generate much on the attack, swinging to a -.070 hitting percentage on 17 kills with 22 errors. The Pipers, meanwhile, hit .200 and racked up 34 kills on the night.

Kaylea Kidder's five kills and 11 assists and eight digs from Kesley Roschen.
Crown will travel to St. Kate's over the weekend for four more tournament matches.
