St. Bonifacius, Minn. – The Crown College Department of Athletics is pleased to officially announce the arrival of
Matt Bremer. Bremer, a 2008 Crown graduate, will take over as the football team's new offensive coordinator for the 2016 season.
Bremer has spent the last six seasons on the coaching staff of St. Scholastica, a familiar UMAC opponent that has qualified for the NCAA Division III postseason in five of the last six seasons.
Bremer played quarterback for Crown from 2004-2007, helping Crown to their first winning season in program history and twice being named the offensive player of the year, earning team MVP honors in 2006.
Bremer will bring a wealth of experience to the Crown staff, and after starting in July, can't wait to get going with fall camp in a few weeks.
