Jacksonville, Ill. – Men's football suffered another heartbreaking loss a long way from home on Saturday, falling to MacMurray 35-42. Crown and MacMurray traded scores all game and it was no surprise that the last score of the game won in the high scoring game. 

Crown had some incredible individual performances from individuals led by sophomore Daniel Lee (Shreveport, La./Southwood), who had a sack and a interception for a touchdown. having seven tackles and an interception he returned for a touchdown. Senior back Matt Michaud (Woodbury, Minn./New Life Academy) had a great game with 215 total yards and two touchdowns, including a game-tying score with 3:38 remaining. Junior quarterback Ryan Synoground (Austin, Minn/Austin) had an impressive game with 185 yards through the air and 22 yards on the ground. He also had a passing touchdown, a rushing touchdown, and no interceptions. 

Crown's last home game is on Saturday against Iowa Wesleyan at KleinBank Stadium, 12p.
