St. Bonifacius, Minn. - Crown College dug themselves an 8-0 lead to begin the game against the Finlandia University Lions before storming back and taking lead 15-14 with 15 seconds left in the first quarter.  Tied at 25-25 with 3:14 in the second quarter, Crown closed the half on a 12-4 run to take a 37-29 lead into the half.  They would not relinquish that lead again cruising the rest of the way to an 82-64 win.

Crown shot 43.3% from the field and held the Lions to 38.5% shooting while causing 21 turnovers.  Crown limited themselves to just 14 turnovers while winning the rebounding battle 42-30.  Crown also shot an astounding 83.3% from the free throw line going 20 - 24.

Crown had five players reach double figures led by Jessica Klaustermeier with 18 points and seven rebounds.  Desiree Davis chipped in with 14 points of her own with eight rebounds.  Andrea Besa and Charmaine Begay each had 13 while Hannah Malone had 10 to round out the scoring.
