Joe Roggenbuck joins the Crown basketball staff in 2017 as a graduate assistant.

Roggenbuck was a four-year member of the University of Minnesota Morris Men’s Basketball team. He was a two-year starter and a senior captain for the Cougars.

Roggenbuck began his collegiate coaching career last year as Graduate Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at William Woods University (NAIA Division 1) located in Fulton, Missouri. During his only season there, the Owls compiled an overall 22-11 record and 14-8 conference record, along with an AMC Conference Championship tournament appearance. He helped lead WWU to the most wins in a single season and highest NAIA Top 25 ranking in program history.

The Osakis, Minnesota native has also coached in the West Central United AAU program for the past two years and has spent four years working camps for Midwest Elite Basketball.

"We're very excited to be adding a coach to the staff with Joe's experience," noted head coach Luke Herbert.  "It's rare that a young coach has this much experience working in basketball so soon after graduation, and we're confident that Joe will hit the ground running here at Crown."

Roggenbuck graduated from the University of Minnesota Morris with a degree in Sport Management and will be pursuing a Master of Arts education in Organizational Leadership.
