Lindsey Stapleton hit a late home run to close the gap, but the offensive push was too late. Morris took game one, 10-7. Polars fell behind once again in game two, 0-6. After 3 scoreless innings from
Brooklyn Riley, Morris tacked on 3 more runs in the 6th to seal the 9-0 victory.
Polars fall to 1-2 in UMAC with a home weekend series against Martin Luther coming up next weekend.
